Please note that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security vulnerabilities. It is impossible to completely protect data against access by third parties

possible.

Prot. Children and Youth Centre Chilly

Pfeilstraße 40

decides.

Retention period

Unless a more specific storage period has been specified in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing ceases to apply. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted, provided we have no other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, deletion will take place after these reasons cease to apply.

General information on the legal basis for data processing on this website

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, provided that special categories of data are processed pursuant to Art. 9(1) GDPR. In the event of explicit consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, the data processing is also carried out on the basis of Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information in your terminal device (e.g. via device fingerprinting), the data processing is additionally carried out on the basis of § 25(1) TTDSG. Consent may be revoked at any time. If your data is required for the fulfilment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data if it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data processing may also be carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information on the relevant legal bases in each individual case is provided in the following paragraphs of this privacy policy.

Recipients of personal data

As part of our business activities, we cooperate with various external bodies. In some cases, this also requires the transfer of personal data to these external bodies. We only pass on personal data to external bodies if this is necessary for the performance of a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. transfer of data to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in the transfer, or if another legal basis permits the data transfer. When using processors, we only pass on personal data of our customers on the basis of a valid data processing agreement. In the case of joint processing, a joint controllership agreement is concluded.

Notice on data transfer to the USA and other third countries

We use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that do not ensure an adequate level of data protection, among others. When these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We would like to point out that a level of data protection comparable to that of the EU cannot be guaranteed in these countries. For example, US companies are required to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this. It therefore cannot be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. intelligence agencies) may process, analyse and permanently store your data located on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence over these processing activities.

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke consent that has already been given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

IF DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT, ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR AFFECTED PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(1) GDPR).

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS RELATED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(2) GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of infringements of the GDPR, data subjects shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint shall be without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place where technically feasible.

Access, rectification and erasure

You have the right at any time, in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, and, where applicable, a right to the rectification or erasure of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding this matter and for further questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing applies in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we generally require time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was or is unlawful, you may request the restriction of data processing instead of erasure.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure.
  • If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balancing exercise must be carried out between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

Where you have restricted the processing of your personal data, such data may – with the exception of storage – only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the padlock symbol in your browser line.

When SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

4. Data collection on this website

Biscuits

Our website uses so-called „cookies“. Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your device. They are either stored temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically deleted by your web browser.

Cookies can come from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services from third-party companies within websites (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).

Cookies have various functions. Numerous cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping basket function or the display of videos). Other cookies can be used to evaluate user behaviour or for advertising purposes.

Cookies that are required for the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions requested by you (e.g. for the shopping basket function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies to measure the web audience) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG); consent can be revoked at any time.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

You can find out which cookies and services are used on this website in this privacy policy.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Server request time
  • IP address

These data will not be merged with other data sources.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free display and optimisation of their website – for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of requests addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent may be revoked at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Enquiry by email, telephone or fax

If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your inquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request.

The data you sent us via contact requests will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

Comment function on this website

For the comment function on this page, in addition to your comment, details regarding the time the comment was created, your email address and, if you do not post anonymously, the username you have chosen will be stored.

5. Social Media

eRecht24 Safe Sharing Tool

The content on this website can be shared on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and others in compliance with data protection regulations. This site uses the eRecht24 Safe Sharing Tool for this purpose. This tool only establishes a direct connection between the networks and users once the user actively clicks on one of these buttons. Clicking on the button constitutes consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Section 25(1) of the TTDSG. This consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.

This tool does not automatically transfer user data to the operators of these platforms. If the user is logged into one of the social networks, an information window appears when using the social media elements from Facebook, Twitter & Co., in which the user can confirm the text before sending it.

Our users can share the content of this page on social networks in a data-protection-compliant manner, without complete browsing profiles being created by the network operators.

The service is used to obtain the legally required consents for the use of certain technologies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.

Social media elements with Shariff

This website uses social media elements (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, XING, LinkedIn, Tumblr).

You can usually recognise the social media elements by their respective social media logos. To ensure data privacy on this website, we only use these elements in conjunction with the so-called „Shariff“ solution. This application prevents the social media elements integrated into this website from transferring your personal data to the respective provider the very first time you visit the page.

Only when you activate the respective social media element by clicking the associated button is a direct connection established with the provider's server (consent). As soon as you activate the social media element, the respective provider receives the information that you have visited this website with your IP address. If you are simultaneously logged into your respective social media account (e.g. Facebook), the respective provider can assign the visit to this website to your user account.

Enabling the plugin constitutes consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TTDSG. You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.

The service is used to obtain the legally required consents for the use of certain technologies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.

6. Newsletter

Newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected, or only collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered into the newsletter subscription form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke the consent you have given to the storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the „Unsubscribe“ link in the newsletter. The lawfulness of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you have provided to us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe or once the purpose has ceased to apply. We reserve the right to delete or block email addresses from our newsletter distribution list at our own discretion within the scope of our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Data stored with us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.

Once you have unsubscribed from the newsletter mailing list, your email address may be stored on a blacklist by us or the newsletter service provider, where necessary, to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist will be used solely for this purpose and will not be combined with any other data. This serves both your interests and our interest in complying with legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). There is no time limit on storage on the blacklist. You may object to this storage provided that your interests override our legitimate interest.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use „Google reCAPTCHA“ (hereinafter „reCAPTCHA“) on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited („Google“), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether data entry on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is carried out by a human or by an automated programme. To this end, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, length of time the website visitor spends on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.

The storage and analysis of the data are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings from abusive automated scraping and from spam. Where corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's terminal equipment (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent may be revoked at any time.
